Episode #9 – Move Forward with Faith

Whenever you find yourself at a crossroad, never hesitate to move forward with faith. Your faith is essential in getting you to where you want to go. The only roadblock we could ever face isn’t the unexpected. Rather, it’s the barrier we tend to create against ourselves.

The reason faith is important is because life doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t care who you are or where you’re from, it serves us all.  No matter your plans or how you intend on achieving them, know that there will be roadblocks. It’s never going to be easy, but with faith, all is possible.

Everyone seems to have an opinion these days and many claim to have all the answers. They will try to tell you which way to go without any directions for themselves. Through all of the confusion that may be thrown our way, know that faith will always carry you through. It allows you to see what has yet to take place so that you are able to connect the dots yourself.

Moving with Faith Takes You Far

If we stay connected with ourselves, we’ll notice that the only factor that separates us from our goals and visions is our beliefs. Believing long before you could ever see is what faith is all about. You have nothing but to give yourself the permission and space for it all to happen. Common sense may try to creep in, but always know that your vision is more real and powerful than anything common.

Don’t ever believe what they say, believe in your vision and have faith in the process. Remember, things will get hard. That’s inevitable. Therefore, it’s not about what stands in your way, it’s more about how you choose to go through it. And if you think things are getting better and you’re almost there, wait. Murphy’s Law has something else coming for you.

When you move forward with faith, it not only gives you the confidence you need to push through, it makes it all clearer. That means no matter how chaotic things get, the picture in your mind always keeps it all intact. Revisit that kid in you that had all the imagination in the world to create the things that don’t exist.

Believe in Your Dream

Try not to be too logical. The world is set up that way. In other words, don’t let anyone tell you that your dream is unreal. At the end of the day, your dream couldn’t be more real to you than it is to anyone else. It’s yours to keep and it’s yours to realize. Nobody else’s.

I can truly say that everything that I’ve been able to accomplish thus far, I’ve been able to see long before its existence. And everything I continue to work towards I am already seeing. The more I’m able to see the things before they happen, the more I know it is possible. I have not only grown to have faith in the things that I do, but the things I’ve already accomplished was only possible through the faith that I had.

Watch the words that you use and watch the people you keep close. The importance of your dream should be manifested by the investments you make and not by the hope in others. I think Nipsey Hussle said it best when he said, “You gotta go hard. You gotta believe in yourself. You gotta have a sense of humor. Bullshit is gonna happen. Can’t be too serious about it. Gotta just stick to the script. Believe. Have an overwhelming confidence. Be your own biggest fan, your own biggest believer and put it on your back and carry the weight.”

If you know the story of Nipsey Hussle, then you know how he was able to move forward with faith. Murphy’s Law paid him a visit a few times, but his vision always remained clear. In fact, his vision was so clear that no matter what he was faced with, he never fell off of the road he was working to pave. He saw it long before we could ever see it. And he believed it even when no one else did. That’s that feelin.

I’ll leave you with this: Logic does not exist when you’re chasing something you believe in. Push the envelope and know that through God’s image, you were born to do it all. You are limitless and fully capable of executing everything your mind creates. You are a creator. Therefore everything you can see in your mind, you have the ability to make real.
