Honor Your Feelings

The first step to raising your vibration is to acknowledge where you are. The goal is to be transparent about your feelings at any given moment. Be not there any shame in the feeling you share, good or bad.

On the other hand, you deserve the honor of having the strength to search within. The negative emotions you keep force you to feel what you would rather not. With that, you own the right to clarify how you would rather feel instead.

The only way to raise your vibrations is by eliminating low-vibe thoughts that in turn stunt your growth.

Your Key to Universal Guidance

Another step to raise your vibration is by continually asking for guidance.  The Universe is the provider of answers to all of your questions. Whether you acknowledge it or not, it is constantly working in your favor. There’s no greater way to shift from negative to positive than by direct communication.

The last thing you might want to do is allow yourself the space to live. Get out of your own way and allow yourself some joy. You remember that one thing you keep putting off for the sake of some excuse? Do it! Life is too short to be ruled by negative thoughts. Depression is real and so is the other side of it.
